Landscaping Maintenance

Scope of work, but not limited to the following: 1. Pick up and remove trash on/in the turf and parking lot area prior to mowing. 2. Cut, trim and edge all turf grass in all common areas, once a week, for 52 mowing visits/year. 3. Trim shrubs and groundcover as needed to maintain uniformed appearance. 4. Clean up all grass clippings and debris after services are complete, including parking lot. 5. Maintain all beds and turf areas from weeds with herbicide and labor, as necessary. 6. Trees will be trimmed to 8ft for vehicle and pedestrian traffic. 7. Fertilization 3 times per year on all turf common areas. 8. Inspect and adjust the irrigation system each month. 9. Perform a Wet Test each month. 10. Treatment of ant mounds in landscape areas with insecticide. 11. Treatment of plant material and turf with organic fungicide as needed. 12. Follow Integrated Pest Management policies. 13. Cut, trim, and edge along district fence line. Second Site Visit on 02/10/2022 at 9:00 AM at South Texas ISD Medical Professions, 10650 Expressway 77, Brownsville, TX 78570; then proceeding to South Texas ISD Rising Scholars Academy, San Benito, TX 78586. 02/11/2022 at 9:00 AM at New Administration in Mercedes; the proceeding to Current Administration and (2) campuses in Mercedes: South Texas ISD Science Academy and South Texas ISD Health Professions, 700 Med High Drive, Mercedes, Texas 78570; then proceeding to (2) campuses in Edinburg: South Texas ISD World Scholars and South Texas ISD Preparatory Academy, 724 South Sugar Road, Edinburg, Texas 78539.
