Lincoln School Park Renovation 975492 This project includes general construction and renovation of a neighborhood park near downtown Eugene near the intersection of 12th Street and Madison Avenue The scope of work for this contract includes demolition, earthwork and grading, utility installation, including stormwater, electrical and potable water lines, flatwork construction, pedestrian lighting, playground area construction, fencing, site furniture installation, renovation of the existing basketball court surface, and planting and irrigation. There are two Contract Times on this Project as follows: (1) Complete all seed application (including related activities consisting of adjacent concrete improvements, irrigation, site preparation, finish grading, etc.) to be done under the Contract not later than October 10, 2023. (2) Complete all Work to be done under the Contract not later than April 15, 2024. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures A Bid guaranty is not required for this project.
