College & 13th Avenue Improvements & Annual Street Maintenance

For College and 13th Avenue, this project includes, but is not limited to, approximately 1,500 linear feet of curb and gutter, 5,500 SY of crushed limestone base material, 4,100 square yards of asphalt, driveway replacement, concrete valley gutter construction, SWPPP installations, and traffic control. For Annual Street Maintenance, this project includes, but is not limited to, approximately 105,255 square yards of 2" asphalt mill and overlay, 800 linear feet of curb and gutter replacement, concrete collars for manholes and valve boxes, miscellaneous striping, SWPPP installations, and traffic control. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Belton, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract. The City of Belton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in bids received.
