Description

The City of Owatonna is connecting a trail gap from Kaplan's Woods Parkway to 18th Street trail to bypass a road and parking lot for safety and a scenic route. The City is seeking bids for clearing, grading and construction (including electrical) of approximately .25 mile of trail, with an alternative option to bid tree removal and purchase and installation of fiberglass lighting poles. Award Date: January 19, 2023 A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive information and minor irregularities in any bid received.
