Description

Architectural and engineering consulting services utilizing the qualifications-based selection method of procurement. The Authority intends to utilize an indefinite delivery order format, for the Department of Housing and Urban Developments Capital Fund Program, as well as, private funds at various Connellsville Housing Authority communities and various special projects. The minimum qualifications are: A specialized knowledge of and previous experience with federal housing construction and rehabilitation projects, and the scope of work to be performed. The ability to perform all of the required services on a most timely basis and the adequacy of technical and physical resources. Knowledge and experience related to the inspection, testing, abatement and monitoring of asbestos or other hazardous material, such as lead base paint. Provide services to the Connellsville Housing Authority for a 2-year period from the date of the agreement
