Description

The Boonsboro Elementary School HVAC System Replacement project generally consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing HVAC systems for the building(s). The project also includes limited electrical upgrades as necessary to accommodate the new mechanical equipment. The mechanical upgrades include the replacement of approximately 45 Fan Coil Units, 7 rooftop AC units, a new fuel oil heating water boiler and heating water pumps, a new air cooled chiller and chilled water pump, 2 new exhaust fans, and a new BAS system.
