2023 Whitefish Bay Stormwater Improvement Project

The project consists of the removal of biofilters, rain gardens, porous asphalt, storm drainage, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, landscape, erosion control, temporary traffic control, construction staking, restoration and other associated improvements at the Village Fire Station and on Wilson Drive near Courtland Place. Project includes all labor, equipment, materials and all work necessary in connection with the construction of the biofilters, porous pavement, landscaping and pavement restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
