| Description | The City of Deltona recently completed an audit of our HVAC systems for City facilities to include Parks, Deltona Water, Public Works and Fire Stations. The attached list provides the Condenser Units (CUs) and Air Handler Units (AHUs) that have been identified for replacement. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible to replace the attached units with either Rheem or Rudd units that match the tonnage for the Condenser Unit (CU) and Air Handler Units (AHU) for each facility. It is recommended that potential bidders visit each location prior to submitting their final bids. |
