Description | D264893, PIN 181094, FA Proj Y240-1810-943, Essex, Warren, Washington Cos., Guide Rail Replacement 2022, Various Locations, Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: DBE: 6.00% Provide for repairs to guiderail along the state highway system at the following locations: Route 3 from Franklin County Line/Saranac Lake to Saranac Lake Waste Water Plant in the Town of St Armand, Route 915F (Interstate 87 southbound ramps to US Route 9) in the Town of Schroon, Route 86 from Cobble Hill Road to Riverbend Way in the Towns of North Elba and Wilmington, Route 9N from Sugar House Way to Route 9S in the Town of Jay, and Route 9N from Town Line to Aubrey Sanders Road in the Town of Crown Point, Essex County; Route149 from Route 40 to Route 26, Towns of Hartford and Granville, Washington County; Route 9N from Carney Point Drive to Graphite Mountain Road, Town of Hague, Warren County. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2022. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2022. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2023. This project is located in the CAPITAL DISTRICT region and includes the following: Counties FRANKLIN ESSEX WARREN WASHINGTON Villages SARANAC LAKE Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
