It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. A bid bond is acceptable ONLY if the bidder should be awarded the contract, and provides a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
