Construction of 2 Restroom Facilities and a Storage Garage at Aux Sable Springs Park The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The workshall consist of the Contractor furnishing all labor,supervision, equipment and materials, and other means of maintenance necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work hereinafter described in these general terms, conditions, instructions, and technical specifications, without limitation. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work in the manner most consistent with the safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the representative and in accordance with the specifications. The cost of incidental work described in this specification, for which there are no specific Items, shall be considered as part of the general cost of doing the Work and shall be included in the prices for the various Items. No additional payment will be made therefore.
