Approximately 1,630 linear feet of 60" pipe will be installed using open trench construction methods. All of the work w ill be conducted within the public right-of-way (176th Place or Parrish Avenue) or on property/parcels owned by Hammond through the Hammond Park District and the City of Hammond Redevelopment Commission.
