Please email questions to bjwesley@dps.ms.gov or stoaster@dps.ms.gov Respond in Writing to Clarification Thursday, March 2, 2023 Award notification date Tuesday, April 4, 2023 Debriefing deadline Tuesday, April 11, 2023 No-Protest date and time Friday, April 14, 2023, 5:00 PM.CST Anticipated Contract Start Date July 1,2023 The term of the contract shall be for a period of 48 months with an option to renew for one (1) year. Upon written agreement of both parties and prior to each contract anniversary date, the contract may be renewed by the MDPS for a period of a one-year period (12 months), under the same prices, terms, and conditions as in the original contract subject to approval by the Public Procurement Review Board (PPRB). The total term length of the resulting contract shall not exceed four years with an option to renew for one-year. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety (MDPS) reserves the right to decide, on a case-by-case basis, whether to reject a bid with modifications or additions as non-responsive. As a precondition to bid acceptance, the MDPS may request the bidder to withdraw or modify those portions of the bid deemed non-responsive that do not affect quality, quantity, price, or delivery of the service. Bids submitted via facsimile (fax) or email will not be longer accepted.
