The project includes marine in-water work including the installation of in-water piling, precast pile caps, precast prestressed deck panels, cast-in-place concrete, cast-in-place concrete topping slab with architectural finishes, in-water habitat improvements, electrical and mechanical systems, lighting, fire suppression systems, other utilities, grated steel pedestrian walkway, expansion joint plates, fountain, landscaping, play area, and railing. Project also includes optional award elements including timber pier demolition and pile removal, and cathodic protection systems.
