Description HVAC preventative maintenance of all AMHA owned and managed properties. The Bi should include a planned program of scheduled preventative maintenance for all HVAC units, beginning with the cooling season (spring), 2019 and heating season (fall), 2019. Contractor shall perform the systems checks outlined in the preventative maintenance agreement and provide emergency service during the term of the agreement. Preventative maintenance refers to the inspection, adjustment, and calibration of all HVAC systems in order to keep equipment in a well maintained condition. Contractor must have the ability to respond to an emergency within 24 hrs. and respond to a non-emergency within 72 hrs. There are 162 Gas/Electric HVAC units located in City of Athens, The Plains, Chauncey, Jacksonville, Glouster, Buchtel, and Nelsonville area.
