Description | Scope of Work: To Provide a full audio and video system upgrade per pre-bid meeting specifications and considerations for the Polk County Emergency Management Emergency Operations Center (5 rooms: C11 – 42’ x 50’, C12 – 23’ x 22’, C13 – 23’ x 18’, C14 – 28’ x 24’, and C05 – 12’x 23’) C11 - is the Emergency Operations Center used for emergency operations planning, meetings, and training sessions. C12/C13 – are meeting room that can supplement C11, be operated separately or together with C13 as a larger meeting room, or separated for smaller meeting conference rooms. C14 is a small meeting room that can be used as a media briefing room, incorporated with C11 as additional training space, or used as a meeting room. C05 is an office that can as be used as a small briefing/meeting area. Provide all products including but not limited to: speakers, amplifiers, display control systems, displays as indicated, racks, microphones, video over IP system, video switchers, and AV networking equipment. Provide impedance matching, balancing, testing and all accessories for normal operations. The vendor proposal must include all items and services and associated costs. Any equipment/service not mentioned in the specification but later deemed necessary by the contractor to meet the requirements of the specifications shall be provided without additional cost. Change orders will most likely be rejected unless supply issues/Acts of God prevent a necessary item from being provided and/or Emergency Management requests a different item/service not anticipated in the original specifications. All approved changes must be of fair market value and no additional fees may accompany a change in product unless approved by Emergency Management. Provide annual system maintenance check with qualitative and quantitative measures for system performance and upgrade/maintenance recommendations through life cycle of equipment. |
