Custodial Services for Pomona Distribution Center

The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, fuel, parking, equipment rental, permits, insurance and/or any other overhead expenses necessary to provide custodial services for the California Department of Education (CDE) Pomona Distribution Center (PDC) located at 2550 Fulton Road, Pomona, California 91767, as described herein. The contract period is from April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Contract includes two one-year options to renew. The small business preference will be applied to those bidders declaring their eligibility by completing Attachment 5. Confirmed DVBE Participation of 5% or more, the DVBE Incentive is 5% The State Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
