| Description | The scope of this request is to purchase Smart Sinks and install Smart Sinks and Pharma lock OR in for all the Medication Rooms where controlled substances are used. We will also purchase a smaller desktop version of the sink on anesthesia carts. The goal is to prevent diversion of controlled substances in the Hospital and Emergency Room areas. Smart Sinks are powered by AC adaptors or may come battery powered. The AC adaptors will be less costly over time as the battery packs for these units are expensive. The Pharmalock needs no power as it is all manually operated. |
