Engineering - Murrieta Creek Multi-Use Trail Project - Professional Services and Engineering

It is anticipated that the Agreement resulting from this solicitation, if awarded, will include a Cost Proposal that includes all costs associated for all Phases of the project. The City will use a "Cost Per Unit of Work" method (lump sum cost per task item or element of work) to pay for professional services related to this project; therefore, Consultants should list a lump sum cost per each subtask or item of work. The general Scope of Services outlined in the RFP is only provided as a guide I this Request for Proposals; Consultants should provide a detailed Scope of Services in their submitted Work Proposal as necessary to reflect the method and procedure in which they intend to provide the required professional services, consistent with the general Scope of Services.
