Description

For refuse disposal services and recycling services for the various county facilities Bids will be received by mail, (Hunterdon County will not be responsible for Bid Packages not arriving at the time and place designated) Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunterdon, Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Building #1, PO Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside SEALED BID 2022-19, Refuse Disposal Services. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law.
