| Description | Work will consist of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and inspections of 91 existing boilers/water heaters located in 68 facilities across base, as listed in the table below. The contractor will be required to assume maintenance of any new boilers installed during the duration of their contract, not to exceed a total of 110 boilers. Contractors will also be required to remove and dispose of existing boilers as well as install new boilers, up to 12 per year, not to exceed 1 every 30 days. Boilers will be purchased by the government and installed by the contractor. |
