Description

The contractor shall be responsible for a turnkey renovation of bath house at Mousetail Landing State Park RV campground. This project shall include suppling all materials and labor to complete this renovation. This project shall include demo of the existing tile and fixtures in the interior. The relocation of water heaters upgraded electrical, plumbing modifications, lighting, painting siding and the addition of ADA parking and sidewalk. All debris shall be removed from park property. Work shall be performed from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. This project shall begin by December 1, 2022 and shall conclude no later than January 31 2023.
