Perry County Middle School Multipurpose Re-Roofing

The Perry County D32 School District will receive Bids for the above referenced project. Work shall entail the removal of approximately 8,700 sf of existing roofing ballast over the entire roof area of the existing Perry County Middle School Multipurpose leaving the existing membrane roofing in place, removal of the pre-finished metal parapet edge flashing, removal of the perforated gravel stop and removal of the pre-finished metal gutter and downspouts. The School District will be responsible for the installation of the new gutter and downspouts. The new TPO membrane roofing system shall consist of a fully adhered membrane over a fiber reinforced gypsum cover board mechanically fastened through the existing rigid roofing insulation and secure into the existing metal roof decking. Fiber reinforced gypsum cover board shall be installed on the backside of the parapet walls prior to extending the new TPO membrane roofing up the parapet walls and secured under the new pre-finished metal coping.
