Respondents should be able to provide products and services to ESCNJ Co-op members throughout the State of New Jersey or within specific counties within New Jersey. Our Co-op currently has over 1,450+ members located throughout the State. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also should be filed with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that should be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Respondents and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid.
