RFP - On-Call Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Services

The River Authority is seeking a term contract for the supply of Professional On-Call Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Services to be purchased as needed over the contract term. The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) requests proposals for engineering firms to provide SCADA On Call Services that support River Authority Utility and Watershed and Park Operations Departments. The River Authority desires to have in place and available professionals with expertise in the areas of, but not limited to, troubleshooting communications, making operational/programming modifications, setting up of replacement equipment and calibration of that equipment, and addressing security needs. The personnel that the Consultant provides must be proficient in the assigned task. The Consultant must be responsive to the work request and meet ambitious project schedules. The Consultant must be able to communicate well with an external agency and integrate as a valuable team member with the Watershed and Park Operations, Finance, Utilities, and various other operational departments of the San Antonio River Authority. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
