| Description | Vendor shall install new discharge service valve, dryer & site glass for circuit 1. Replace oil site glass on compressor. Check operation of VFD drive & supply for return fan & economizer. VA shall recover, dispose & supply refrigerant. All debris, fluids, and any other hazardous waste collected as part of this service, shall be properly disposed of off-site. Vendor will follow all applicable Local, State & Federal requirements for proper disposal. All work will be coordinated through the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and/or the Boiler Plant Supervisor. Work will be completed one pump at a time with no disruption to plant operations, if a shutdown is necessary, it will be at a time when it will cause the least disruption to the staff and patients of the hospital.
