Description

The Project consists of the following major elements: cleanout pump station wet well, remove and replace two (2) sewage lift pumps, install new electrical power feed and provide electrical upgrades to supporting equipment, install bypass connection, platforms and painting for a complete project as shown or specified in the Contract Documents. Bidders must be listed on Engineer's list of plan holders who have purchased the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for U.S. Postal Service, physical delivery address, telephone number, email address, and name of contact person. All sealed bid envelopes should be clearly marked "RFB #2301-0001" on the face. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
