A road crossing consisting of 100 feet of 18-inch steel casing, joint restraints, casing spacers, sacrificial anodes, and end seals. This schedule will also include approximately 1,350 linear feet of 4-inch PVC force main. Restoration of grass areas, gravel roads, and asphalt where it is disturbed is also included in this schedule. Traffic control and bypass pumping are also included, as necessary. The existing sludge contained in the existing septic tanks and lagoon must be disposed of properly. In addition, the existing septic tanks must be demolished, and existing lagoon site restored. Schedule 2: Includes the construction of a new lift station, force main, lagoons, land application system, and disposal of existing sludge. The lift station includes a new above-grade package lift station utilizing submersible pumps, bypass connection, various piping and fittings, level controls, and control panel. A flow meter vault, jib crane, and propane backup generator are also part of the lift station improvements. The force main consists of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 4-inch PVC piping. The force main also has a road crossing consisting of 100 feet of 12-inch steel casing, joint restraints, casing spacers, sacrificial anodes, and end seals. The lagoons include a 2.65 Mgal partial-mix aerated lagoon and a 4.42 Mgal storage lagoon. Both lagoons will have 45-mil reinforced polyethylene liner over 8-oz geotextile underlayment. The lagoons also include influent and effluent structures and control valves, PVC inter-lagoon piping, ductile iron overflow pipes, and gravel access road. The land application system includes a new floating intake screen, irrigation pump station, PVC effluent discharge piping, and a 280-foot radius irrigation pivot. The land application site will be 5.5 acres of alfalfa with a 200-foot buffer zone.
