Failure of a bidder to comply with these requirements shall be cause for rejection of the bid. Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) DBE Goal of 5% is the percent of the awarded Contractor's bid which must be subcontracted to certified ODOT DBE firms. The bidder is required to complete and sign ODOT's LPA Template Required Contract Provisions as required and return it with the bid or your bid will be considered non-responsive. Only contractors that are pre-qualified by ODOT for the type of work specified are eligible to submit bids for this project.
