| Description | Work includes the replacement and upgrade of the HVAC systems that serve the lecture rooms and surrounding lobby spaces of the Lecture Hall Building. All finishes in the North Lobby, South Lobby and West interconnecting Hallway will be removed and replaced including flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, fire protection systems and HVAC ductwork. New fin-tube radiation units will be provided at lobby perimeter. Lobby areas will receive a new curtain wall glazing system. At North and South Pedestrian Bridges, finishes will be replaced and a new glazed enclosure will be provided. Hazardous materials abatement associated with the above work will be required. EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce |
