Construction of Skyline Park Phase 1B

Furnishing all labor, supplies, and supervision necessary for construction of Skyline Park Phase 1B (the Project ). The Project involves construction of landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and erosion controls. The Award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bidder that is considered the most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project in accordance with Texas Water Code Section 49.273(c).
