Description

The purpose of this request is to select and ultimately enter into a contract(s) with an Engineering and Architectural Design firm to design and replace the current heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, upgrade the current lighting system with newer cost-effective LED lighting, and determine the cause of the interior water leaks and the high humidity at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center. Respondents shall provide qualifications as outlined in the RFQ. Questions will be accepted via email by Lorianne Luciano at SolicitationQuestions@KilleenTexas.gov or electronically, until 12:00 p.m. on september 9, 2022. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's website. It is the bidders/proposer's responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums. The City of Killeen reserves the right to reject any or all statements and waive any irregularities.
