Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Complete site work including clearing and grading the site. 2. Furnish and install 12’ wide x 7’ high single box culvert with 4’ high concrete wall on one side and Propex Armormax 75 Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM) at 1:1 side slopes on both sides 3. Furnish and install 10’ wide concrete channel with 5’ high vertical concrete walls and Propex Armormax 75 Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM) at 1:1 side slopes on both sides 4. Construct 12’ high earthen channel with Propex Armormax 75 Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM) at 1:1 side slopes on both sides 5. Furnish and install concrete transition structure and connection to existing junction box 6. Furnish and install concrete transition structures between box culvert and concrete U channel and between concrete U channel and earthen channel 7. Furnish and install concrete maintenance ramp and required concrete retaining walls 8. Furnish and install concrete emergency stairs 9. Provide final grading, topsoil and seeding to cover disturbed area 10. Provide SWPPP for project.
