| Description | Award recommended to NPW Contracting in the amount not to exceed $1,111,318.73 pending approval and full execution of the Contract. RTD is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Parking Structure Preventive Maintenance on four (4) parking structures in the RTD District: The Lincoln Parking Structure, Table Mesa Parking Structure, University Station Parking Structure, and the US36 & Sheridan Blvd Parking Structure. For this Contract, RTD has specified a SBE goal of twenty percent (20%) for the work to be performed.
