Memphis Oaks Logistics Center Expansion

Plans call for the construction of a warehouse building. The structure will include concrete panels and steel columns with steel joists, girders, and a metal roof deck. The facility will have 480 parking spaces, 244 trailer spaces and 132 dock doors. As of February 25, 2022, mass grading is scheduled to begin March 1. An architect and general contractor have been chosen at this time. The facility is expected to be available by third quarter 2022.
