Water and Sewer Assessment Support Services

Qualified contractor to provide water and sewer assessment support services as outlined in this Section. It is anticipated that the services to be provided pursuant to this RFP may be required for up to three (3 ) years, with additional two( 2) one (1) year option terms, from Contract execution date, which is presumed to be spring 2022, and a not-to-exceed amount of $12 million, inclusive of reimbursable costs. DC Water anticipates awarding two (2) contracts. Under this contract, DC Water will issue assignments (Task Plans) to the successful contractor to perform water and sewer assessment support services. A typical Task Plan may include the following: 1.Project Management (work planning, team and stakeholder coordination, subcontractor management, scheduling & tracking, reporting and invoicing, issue resolutions, meetings and other related). 2.Light cleaning (per specification) for sewer pipes larger than 48-inch diameter. 3.Heavy cleaning (per specification). 4.Inspection, repair, and replacement of large diameter water valves (>12-inch). 5.Permits. 6.Maintenance of Traffic. 7.Other miscellaneous support (excavation, welding, masonry work, concrete work, metal work, site restoration).
