Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for the following Contract Categories. Surveying, Testing, Building Concrete, Structural Steel Supply and Install, Architectural Casework, Joint Sealants, Doors and Hardware (Supply), Overhead Doors, Glass & Glazing, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Tile, Acoustic Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Fire Suppression, Plumbing & HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Site Concrete, Landscaping & Irrigation, Temporary & Permanent Fencing, Utilities, and Bridge Cranes. The City of Watford City is undertaking the construction of a new Public Works Facility within the City Limits at 309 10th Avenue NE, Watford City, North Dakota. The proposed shop facility will be constructed to meet the needs of the Public Works Department including, but not limited to a mechanics shop, parts warehouse, break room, conference room, enclosed shop facility, site grading, parking lots, fencing, and landscaping.
