Roadway Line Striping

Scope of Work: Supply and application of approximately 32,000 linear feet of retro reflective white 4 inch Fog Line, and 96,700 linear feet of retro reflective double yellow 4 inch on various Town roads. Payment: This is a lump sum bid, 100% payable upon completion of work within 14 days of receipt of and acceptable request for payment. Insurance: Contractors shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract the following coverage, and shall provide a certificate and endorsement naming the Town of Wolfeboro and its officials, employees and agents as additional insured. This coverage shall be primary in the event there is another insurance applicable. The Town of Wolfeboro must be provided with notice of cancellation of coverage at least 30 days prior to cancellation Questions regarding the bid should be addressed to Steve Randall at 603-569-8177. Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage Workers Compensation as required by NH Statue Employers Liability $1,000,000 per accident, injury, disease Bidders shall use the attached bid form. The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town (Bid shall be valid until 12/31/2023)
