Description | Provide consulting services to assist with the City’s street maintenance program. The City owns and maintains approximately 263 centerline miles of streets and 5 miles of asphalt trail known as the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The City’s streets were last assessed in 2017. The City’s pavement management program consists of annual resurfacing, pavement preservation, and rehabilitation. Past practice has utilized a “worst first” approach to street resurfacing involving primarily milling and resurfacing but pavement preservation and other maintenance solutions are currently being incorporated into the program. |
