14th Avenue Street Improvements Project

The Project includes the following Work: Demolition and reconstruction of 14th Avenue from the Relation Street intersection to the north edge of the Stone Willow Way/Crimson Canyon Drive intersection. The finished project will include a 48-foot-wide asphaltic concrete paved road, with curb, gutter, and sidewalk on both sides. Drainage improvements include road regrading, catch basin construction, and drainage culvert installation. The pavement section includes lime stabilized soil, aggregate base course, and both 1½ and 1½ inch aggregate asphaltic concrete pavement. Lime stabilization and aggregate base course will also be placed beneath all sidewalk, curb, and gutter. The project shall include all excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, lime stabilization, aggregate base, pavement, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and patching necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
