| Description | The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Oceanside DMV Field Office (approximately 130,617 square feet of paved parking surfaces and parking lot) for the term of this Agreement. Bidder Qualifications: The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. All question are due in writing by 08/12/22 at 3:00 PM 130,617 square feet of paved parking surfaces and parking lot. The total amount of the contract is $21,492.00 for 36 months. The contract term is 12/01/2019 through 11/30/2022. The budget for this project is $91,800.00. |
