A “Drop In” replacement for a channel mounted, hydraulically driven, sewage grinder cutting head. • Hydraulic power pack provides the following 1. 10 gallon reservoir 2. Positive displacement 4.5 GPM pump driven by 5HP motor. 3. 10 Micron return line filter 4. Oil level protection 5. Oil temperature protection set at 160 degrees F 6. Pressure switch set at 2,850 PSI 7. Relief valve 3000 PSI 8. Designed for idle load conditions in the 200 to 400 Psi range 9. PLC controlled; start, stop, and overload reversing features • 2015, JWC Environmental, Cartridge, Cutting Head, CMD3210-XDS2.0 • 5.5 MGD flow capacity • Single Hydraulically Driven Motor for cutter head
