Demolition of the existing drop ceiling grid and lighting system located in the Multipurpose room. Demolition of the existing through wall A/C units in the classrooms, Principal's office, Assistant Principal's office, Main office, and Nurse's office as detailed in the contract documents. a. Repair spandrel panels damaged after removing existing through wall A/C units. Demolition of the existing Air Handler Unit in the multipurpose room, exhaust fan on the roof of the multipurpose room, and all associated accessories as detailed in the contract documents. a. In the base design, the existing multi-purpose room ductwork shall be tied into the new ductwork. b. As an alternative, the roof top unit installed above the multi-purpose room may be fed from the existing gas service in place of the hydronic coil. Refer to drawings M-101A and M-501A for details on the alternate design. c. All roof patch work shall be in accordance with manufacturers requirements to maintain the rooftop warranty. Installation of A/C System, with roof mounted condensing unit and all associated accessories, to be installed above the maintenance office serving the media center. Installation of 13 new rooftop condensing units and all associated accessories as shown on the contract documents. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. B. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
