Description | he City of Jacksonville Office of Economic Development (OED) is requesting proposals from Developers interested in purchasing for redevelopment the City of Jacksonville property located at 851 N. Market Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 (2.02 acres), the primary parcel, along with an option for the purchase and redevelopment of the property located at 928 N. Liberty Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206 (2.97 acres), the optional parcel. The two properties total approximately 5.00 acres and are divided by Hogan’s Creek. Note: Hogan’s Creek is not included. Both properties are located within a flood plain area (see Exhibit C of the RFP documents). The two properties are bounded by North Liberty Street, Confederate Street, N. Market Street and E. State Street. A ground lease option may be considered for the primary and optional parcels. Please see Section 4 of the RFP documents for a full description of the services and deliverables under this RFP. |
