ILDOT - 077 - Sidewalk, Ada Ramps and Roadway Lighting Improvements on Business 55 LOCATION OF PROJECT The project limits for Peoria Road begins at the intersection with Sangamon Avenue and proceeds north to the intersection with Veterans Parkway/Peoria Road then turns east and proceeds northeast to East Ardmore Ave. The total distance is approximately 2.02 miles. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The proposed improvement consists of the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalk, driveway pavement removal and reconstruction, curb and gutter removal and reconstruction, pavement marking, roadway lighting, grading, seeding, and all other work necessary to complete the project.
