Provide Overview of Project 1) Demolish vinyl tile flooring and 5" concrete pavement below. 2) Remove and salvage exterior entrance hollow metal doors and frames, Scrape, patch, and paint areas of corrosion. Reinstall to match existing after concrete work is complete. 3) Remove 6" of soil below and replace with CA-6 fill 4) Provide new 6" slab on grade with dowels into adjacent slab/foundation walls (+/-375 SF). 5) Install new vinyl tile flooring and vinyl base to match existing. 6) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 7) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 8) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 9) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) SECTION 03 30 00 Cast-in-Place Concrete
