Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Improvements to the Housing Authority

Design professional to evaluate the condition of Maple Court, Laurel Court and Broder Place, concrete dumpster pads, split unit heat pumps, outside water faucets, gutter and downspouts, new sidewalks, additional parking spaces and make recommendations for improvements to such. Said improvements shall include but not be limited to: At Maple and Laurel Court’s and Broder Place, replacement of heat pump units both interior and exterior, replacement of gutters and down spouts on thirteen (13) buildings, replacement of concrete dumpster pads in two locations, and replacement of outside water faucets. At Laurel Court, addition of sidewalks along the south and east side of the buildings. At Broder Place the addition of a minimum of six (6) parking spaces
