| Description | Repair and replace various sections of the roof in twenty-two (22) residential unit(s) within the Perrine Gardens development (10161 Circle Plaza West, Miami, FL 33157). At a minimum, the successful Contractor shall seal small parapets, where the shingles are meeting the wall; provide a solution in their proposal for the area(s) where water is ponding and for any interior damage that needs to be repaired; seal roofing penetrations properly and test them for leaks; identify any damaged plywood, repair it, and test them for leaks once the work has been completed; clean all roofs and remove all dead leaves / debris; and pressure clean all gutters and down spouts remove all dead leaves / debris.
