Renovation of the Infield at the Wethersfield High School Varsity Baseball Field

Questions about this RFP may be directed, in writing, to purchasing@wethersfieldct.gov no later than Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 12:00PM. Responses to questions will be listed on the town website no later than Friday, March 10, 2023 at 3:00PM. The purpose of the project is to renovate the entire infield, foul territories and 12 around the back arc, and a 16 x 60 section in the outfield between 2nd and 3rd base. The work will eliminate lips and holes, allowing water to move completely off the field. The Wethersfield High School Baseball Field is located directly behind the High School at 411 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, CT. The contractor is expected to coordinate efforts with the project coordinator, Kathy Bagley, Director of Parks and Recreation who can be reached at 860-721-2890. A copy of the Request for Proposals will be available on-line no later than Friday, February 24, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. or by e-mailing the Finance Department at purchasing@wethersfieldct.gov.
