Winston Park Elementary School - Smart Program Renovations

The project consists of interior and exterior renovations throughout the Winston Park Elementary school campus. Generally, the work consists of but is not limited to: BUILDING 1. • Replace Ceiling tiles in areas in conjunction with mechanical and/or sprinklers work. • Replace exterior air handler unit. BUILDING 2. • Replace Ceiling tiles in areas in conjunction with mechanical and/or sprinklers work. • Replace exterior air handler unit. • Install new wet pipe sprinkler system. • Replace large HVAC pump. • Replace Chiller HVAC components. • Music room renovations. • Art lab renovations BUILDING 3. • Replace Ceiling tiles in areas in conjunction with mechanical and/or sprinklers work. • Replace exterior air handler unit. • Duct damper replacement. BUILDING 5. • Controls repairs

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
